Houston Tsinghua Alumni Association (HTAA)

休斯顿清华校友会

The Houston Tsinghua Alumni Association (HTAA) is a non-political, non-religious non-profit registered in Texas and recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization. It is a member of the United Associations of Chinese Alumni in Greater Houston.

HTAA serves Tsinghua alumni who work, study and live in Greater Houston: connecting alumni with one another, providing a platform for exchange, and keeping close ties with the university in Beijing.

About 2,000 Tsinghua alumni live in the area, working in energy, finance, education, biotech, medicine, software, real estate and insurance — with energy (oil, gas and services) the largest. HTAA hosts several social and educational events each year and keeps close ties with Tsinghua organizations across North America and in China.
